Clayhouse Renaissance Limited is proud to announce that the Bermuda Department of Planning has approved construction of the proposed commercial building. The approved building layout will have ground-floor retail and restaurant space and office space on its upper floor. Parking accommodation for the building will be conveniently located at street level with parking capacity for 31 cars and 26 cycles. This approval represents a big step forward, and we cannot wait to see it come to life.
